Can I edit my order after it's been placed? What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately with your order number and edits. While we can’t guarantee it, we’ll do our best to accommodate before it gets processed! Once it’s processed, we won’t be able to make changes to the order.

Please note that orders that are sent back to us because of an invalid address will be processed as returns.


Can you combine multiple orders? Can I change my current order so the items ship separately?
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot split and ship orders separately. We can combine multiple orders however, as long as they have not been processed. 


What is your return policy? Can I return Final Sale items? 

Please take a few minutes to review our Shipping + Return policy, here! In a nutshell, you have 21 days from the day the package was marked as delivered to initiate a return. Contact us at hello@bloomaire.com with your order number, return item, and the reason(s) for return. You'll then have 5 days to mail in the item with our pre-paid return shipping label. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, and the fee will be deducted from the refund.

Sale items are eligible for returns. Final Sale items are ineligible for returns - regardless of any sizing or fit issues.


Do you ship internationally?
We hope to in the near future! For now, we ship domestically only. U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 or more receive free shipping.


My package has been "in transit" past my delivery date. When will I get it?
Sometimes a package stays idle for days, so we recommend allowing 8-10 business days for it to start moving again. If after 10 business days you haven't received it, contact us at hello@bloomaire.com.

Please note that once USPS has marked the package as "delivered", the package is no longer our responsibility, and we advise contacting your local post office to locate its whereabouts.
